MEET COACH JUSTIN – PARKOUR & NINJA EXPERT:
With over 15 years of coaching under his belt, Justin has built and led Parkour and Ninja programs all across the U.S. and beyond. He’s also the founder of Just Move Academy, a training program focused on making movement accessible and empowering for all ages and backgrounds.
An Air Force Veteran, certified Physical Training Leader, and parkour practitioner for over 20 years!

LITTLE NINJAS CLASS
Ages: 3-5 years
Little Ninjas class introduces preschoolers to the exciting world of movement in a safe, playful, and structured environment. Through obstacle courses, climbing challenges, and fun games, young athletes build the foundations of coordination, balance, and confidence!
✔️ 45 minutes of age-appropriate movement
✔️ Focus on motor skills, body awareness, and listening skills
YOUTH NINJA CLASS
Ages: 6 -12 years
Youth Ninjas classes are designed to channel energy into skill, helping kids and teens build strength, agility, and confidence through progressive ninja and parkour training.
55 minutes of structured, high-energy training
Great cross-training for athletes in any sport—gymnastics, soccer, martial arts & more
TEEN NINJA CLASS
Ages: 13-17 years
TEEN Ninjas classes are designed to channel energy into skill, helping kids and teens build strength, agility, and confidence through progressive ninja and parkour training.

✔️ Great cross-training for athletes in any sport—gymnastics, soccer, martial arts & more.
NINJA + PARKOUR CLASS
Ages: 6 -12 years
This class combines the best of both worlds—our exciting ninja training plus dedicated time for parkour. It’s the perfect mix of skill-building, strength, and fun!
