EVEREST CLASSIC

The format for the competition is modified Capital Cup.  Gymnast score cards and rotation sheets will be available at the head table prior to the beginning of each session.  Please present score cards for any scratched gymnasts to the meet director at the coaches meeting.  Coaches can organize the gymnasts in whatever order you choose on each event.  If your club is split between two squads, you can also determine which gymnasts are assigned to each squad.

FLOOR MUSIC

Floor music sheets will be available at the head table and each music table.  Please complete and return to the music table prior to march in for each session.  Remember to bring your iPod or MP3 player charged and clearly labeled with your gym’s name on it.  NO CD’s will be accepted.

AWARDS

Individual and team wards will be presented at the conclusion of each session.  As you leave, please follow the exit signs to the building.

SEATING

We will have bleacher seating available, but parents are welcome to bring their own chairs if they prefer.
